Dura Jun, one of the predominantly talented directors, pianists, coaches and new coming conductors in NYC, just finished a season with La Musica Lirica, in Novafeltria in Italy 2025 served as a faculty pianist for L'Elisir d'Amore by Donizetti, training apprentice pianists, and also participated as an intern in conducting program. Since 2023 she has been a Music Director for New York Manbaeksung Global Methodist Church and actively produces community concerts as well to spread the love of classical music. She also was a Music Director for Des Moines Metro Opera's Outreach Program in 2023 touring 64 different places and performing over 100 concerts. In 2019, she served as Apprentice Pianist/Coach/Assistant Conductor for Sarasota Opera. As a pianist, City Lyric Opera and Jersey Camerata Opera had been great collaborators from 2020 until 2023. She currently works at Manhattan School of Music as recital coach, Fiorello LaGuardia High School for Music and Art as coach and pianist and Schiller Institute Choir in NYC as assistant director and pianist.
